You’re shopping at a website in another country and the you realise they won’t ship to your country. Or, if they will, they charge an insane amount for postage.

These companies offer a virtual address where you can send your order, which they will receive and forward onto you. There’s a fee for that, of course, but it at least makes online international shopping possible.
